Brand new wellbeing-focussed project starting at Saints

We would like to introduce a brand new project starting here at Saints. The Healthy Life program is all about inspiring people to become healthier in their body, emotions, mind and spirit.

We will be hosting a number of different sessions each week, covering areas such as physical fitness and nutrition, motivation, the impact of habits, understanding positive and negative environments and thoughts, handling stress, dealing with conflict, readiness for change, and spiritual and emotional wellbeing.


Our first sessions will be based around physical health and exercise:

  • Saturdays 10am - 11:30am (starting 26th Sept) - Cycling: Join us for exercise followed by a drink and catch up session.
  • Thursdays 4pm - 5:30pm (starting 1st October) - Walking or running (depending on ability): Join us for exercise followed by a drink and catch up session.
