Exercising with others is a proven way of increasing your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. The Healthy Life program is about inspiring people to become healthier in their body, emotions, relationships, mind and spirit.

People can choose from a number of different sessions on offer impacting areas such as:

  • Physical fitness and nutrition
  • Motivation
  • The impact of habits
  • Understanding positive and negative environments and thoughts
  • Handling stress
  • Dealing with conflict
  • Readiness for change
  • Spiritual and emotional well being

Walking or Running

Come and join us on Saturday mornings from 10am-11.30am for walking or running (depending on ability) and conversation.

We will meet at Saints before heading out. All abilities are welcome!
