As part of Phase 2 of the Saints Project, we will focus on physical, emotional and mental wellbeing by offering sport activities and providing opportunity to access support.

Our aim is to raise the feel- good factor, and believe that sport is an excellent way of doing this, helping you gain confidence and raise your energy levels. We will work with local sports and fitness providers, to hire our upstairs hall, and enable activities that benefit everyone. We would love to put on all age, family-friendly exercise classes where the whole family can work out together.

We want to provide something a little different from your typical classes, perhaps free-running classes, circuit training for the family, boxing or a quiet space for reflexion and relaxation techniques.
