Enterprise and Equip

We aim to tackle unemployment and lack of education by raising aspirations, providing opportunities for people to start their own business enterprise, and equipping people with skills for life.

We are also seeking to work with schools and colleges and want to provide a space for children and young people to engage both with the national curriculum, and also develop further skills for life. Our enterprise hub and work experience programme seeks to give young people a step in the right direction.

We are currently working in partnership with the Diocesan Board of Education, Nuneaton Education Steering Group, Oakwood schools, YWAM and The Message Trust to develop this initiative.

Supporting Start-up Businesses

We want to encourage budding entrepreneurial and creative people to start up a business! We have space available to hire in our Enterprise Zone, and we want to help people get their business started in a safe and supportive environment. Want to try a stall for just a day? We also have pop up stall slots available, and we will occasionally be running special market events.
Our Learning Zone is here to support local businesses with the skills they need, through business training courses available throughout the year. Keep an eye on the events calendar and the Learning Zone page for more information

Encouraging Skills for Life

In our Learning Zone, we hope to have a variety of courses running that you can book on to. From topping up on English, maths and computer skills to expressing yourself in a new creative subject, we hope to improve employability, encourage the expansion of creative thinking and equip people for life.
